Returns & Exchanges

Qualifying Orders

We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations on all regular stock (non-customized) items. A 5% restocking fee will apply to the total cost of the order.

In order to qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition. You are responsible for any loss in value due to damage, mishandling or obvious signs of use.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item(s) and ship it back to us within 7 days. Instructions will be provided to you via e-mail. All returns must arrive within 14 days.

You are responsible for ensuring the item is packaged securely and  that sufficient postage + insurance is purchased if necessary. We cannot process a return until we have physically received them back in the studio.

Please be aware that we can only provide a shop credit if more than 30 days has passed from the original date of purchase.

Certain exceptions do apply and all transactions are handled on a case-by-case basis so be sure to contact us first.

Refunds are given only for the products you purchased–shipping charges are not included as part of the refunded amount.

Returns must be shipped back to us using the same method of service–ie. via your country’s postal system (eg. Canada Post or USPS) not any courier services such FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.

Any additional fees we incur as a result of the return will be deducted from your refund amount.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have not had prior authorization. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Returns for Undeliverable/Unclaimed Items

If your order is returned and marked undeliverable because you provided the wrong address, or you were unable to receive or pick up the package and any situations such as this, you will have to pay for the order to be shipped to you again. We will not offer a refund/exchange in this situation.

No Refunds/Returns for UK and EU Orders

All orders shipped to the UK or EU are FINAL SALE.

If you refuse the package, it is considered abandoned and we will NOT provide a refund, even if it is returned to us.

Any additional costs or expenses we incur as a result of your returned package will be your responsibility and you will be invoiced for any amounts owing.

No Refunds on Redirected Packages

Your order is sent to the shipping address you provided during the checkout process. If, for any reason, there is an address redirection on your part after your order has shipped, you are responsible for any and all resulting issues that may occur.

We are not responsible for undeliverable, lost or delayed packages due to redirections. No refunds will be given. No exceptions.

Cancellation of Regular (Stock) Items

Cancellations within the first 24 hours will incur a 5% administrative fee of the total cost of the item(s) including shipping.

Cancellations are not permitted after 24 hours.

Cancellation of Personalized and Custom Order Items

Personalized and custom order items are FINAL SALE. Cancellation is not possible so be sure your order is correct before the checkout process.

Items Not Eligible for Return, Exchange or Cancellation

Personalized and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged and are FINAL SALE.

Once we’ve started production on your custom order it is considered FINAL SALE since it is being made to meet your specifications and cannot be resold otherwise.

Make sure your order is correct and accurate within the 24-hour grace period otherwise we will proceed with the order as-is.

Custom-fit, samples/seconds, limited run, pre-order and any other non-stock items are ineligible for a return or exchange and are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
