Returns & Exchanges

Qualifying Orders

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations on all regular stock (non-customized) items.

In order to qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition. You are responsible for any loss in value due to damage, mishandling or obvious signs of use.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item(s) and ship it back to us within 7 days. Instructions will be provided to you via e-mail.

You are responsible for ensuring the item is packaged securely and  that sufficient postage + insurance is purchased if necessary. We cannot process a return until we have physically received them back in the studio.

Please be aware that we can only provide a shop credit if more than 30 days has passed from the original date of purchase.

Certain exceptions do apply and all transactions are handled on a case-by-case basis so be sure to contact us first.

Refunds are given only for the products you purchased–shipping charges are not included as part of the refunded amount.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have not had prior authorization. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Returns for Undeliverable/Unclaimed Items

If your order is returned and marked undeliverable because you were unable to receive or pick up the package you may request a refund once it has been returned to us and processed.

Once we examine the returned item we’ll let you know if its eligible for a refund and give you an estimated refund amount if applicable.

An admin fee of 35% is applied to all undeliverable/unclaimed item returns. No exceptions.

You will receive a refund amount with the admin fee deducted along with any other costs we incur as as result of the returned package.

Returns must be shipped back to us using the same method of service–ie. via your country’s postal system (eg. Canada Post or USPS) not any courier services such FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.

Any additional fees we incur as a result of the return will be deducted from your refund amount.

No Refunds on Redirected Packages

Your order is sent to the shipping address you provided during the checkout process. If, for any reason, there is an address redirection on your part after your order has shipped, you are responsible for any and all resulting issues that may occur.

We are not responsible for undeliverable, lost or delayed packages due to redirections. No refunds will be given. No exceptions.

Cancellation of Regular(Stock) Items

For a full refund, a cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of your order.

Cancellation requests beyond 24 hours are eligible for a partial refund only with 20% of the item cost deducted for the portion of work already completed.

Cancellation of Personalized and Custom Order Items

You may request cancellation of a personalized or custom order within 24 hours.

Cancellation is no longer possible beyond 24 hours and your order is considered FINAL SALE.

Items Not Eligible for Return, Exchange or Cancellation

Personalized and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged and are FINAL SALE.

Once we’ve started production on your custom order it is considered FINAL SALE since it is being made to meet your specifications and cannot be resold otherwise.

Make sure your order is correct and accurate within the 24-hour grace period otherwise we will proceed with the order as-is.

Custom-fit, samples/seconds, limited run, pre-order and any other non-stock items are ineligible for a return or exchange and are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
