Grade 1 Graduation Gift: Waxed Canvas Nintendo 2DS Case

I made this case for my son before this past summer started. He was asking for a Nintendo 2DS case for months. When I finally had the chance to make it for him, he was almost graduating from grade 1, so I thought I would surprise him with his custom case. He really liked it, but I think my husband liked it even more.

I thought he would like this midnight blue and orange combination. He mentioned that he likes the orange when he was in the studio.

This case is so cute that when I finished it, I wanted one for myself (not as a game case though). I was thinking it would be a neat little pouch.

To make this extra special, I personalized his case. I wanted him to receive a Modern Coup product with the logo and label, just like if I made it for a customer.
