I created this custom Field Bag for a gentleman in London, England. He wanted to have a bag that is handmade just for his 13″ MacBook Air. The Field Bag that I have in stock is a little smaller than that.

He told me he travels light and just wanted a little extra space for his belongings. The finished bag is 14″ wide when filled (16″ flat) x 10″ high x 3″ deep.

This bag has a midnight blue lightly waxed canvas body that is water resistant. The adjustable leather strap is 1″ wide and made out of a top grain cowhide. All the hardware is solid brass for beauty and durability.

Coincidentally I have the exact laptop as my customer, so I was able to try it out for size. The laptop slipped in nicely. Even with a cover it would fit well into this messenger field bag.

You can’t see it from this picture, but the lining is a tanned coloured cotton twill. It has 1 interior pocket that can fit an iPad Mini. On the back exterior of the bag, it has a slip pocket.
